Canadian actress. Born on the 25th March 1970. Matchett was born in Spalding in Saskatchewan. Her career began as an actress after moving to Ontario. in the late nineties, she began her professional career with Canadian television after which she made the move into the United States and starred in the television series The Secrets of Nero Wolfe Invasion 24 Hours Studio 60 in the Sunset Strip Ambulance Earth. This was The Last Conflict. She received her the Gemini Award in 2001 for her role as a Canadian actress on The Department of Wet Cases. In addition, she played the ex-wife of one the main characters for several seasons of the show Impact. In the TV program Covert Operations, she plays the character Joan Campbell.
