Chando currently lives within New York City. Chando started her acting profession while attending Manhattan College. Chando played the character of Maddie Coleman in the TV soap opera As The World Changes between 2005 and 2007 and for a few months starting late 2009 when she returned to the character. Alexandra began her acting career in 2002 with the TV show House Blend in the role as Jenna Harper. As the World Turns, the CBS-recorded American soap opera, lasted three seasons. Alexandra played Maddie Coleman. Chando starred in American documentary films True life and Sherri in 2009; she also appeared as Maddie Coleman in the show As the World Turns. In addition, she appeared in two episodes of the American comedy-drama show Glory Daze as Annabelle. Her credits include Castle, Hindsight Dead People as well as Outcast.
