Ava August, then 14, performed in front of an SOLD-OUT crowd of 30,000 fans at Staples Center before the Los Angeles Kings hockey match. Ava August had been booked with The Los Angeles Galaxy and Los Angeles Dodgers, two professional soccer and baseball teams. In the end, COVID-19 caused the teams to cancel their performances. At 15, Ava August also became the youngest performer ever to appear on American Idol season 19. Ava earned the gold at the Audition Round. And, then, advancing into the Genre, Duet, Showstopper, Celebrity/ Solo, Top 16 and Top 10 rounds. America decided to put Ava to the TOP 10 in the country. Ava August performed two originals for American Idol, Neighbor boy and Ghost of You. Ava has also performed an earth-shattering duet with the world-renowned celebrity musician, Josh Groban. Ava has released her critically-acclaimed track Daybreak when she was 15. The song was released with her first music video with animation. On the morning of 11/01/20, Daybreak was played by KX 93.5 FM with tropical Surf Hour. Daybreak ran on the 29th of November, 88.5FM the LA/OC station located in Southern California to 11M listeners.
